The EKG Technician Program prepares students to operate specialized imaging equipment to create images or conduct tests that help monitor and evaluate heart function. Students gain the technical skills and patient care knowledge needed to assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions.
This program provides hands-on training and classroom instruction to develop confidence, professionalism, and accuracy in a clinical setting.

The total length of the program is 165 hours, although some Adult Education Centers may not offer all components.
